With our Silver service plan we will evaluate and document the entire A/V system in all the common
areas. You will then receive a written report with recommendations on how to keep all components up
to date, so your residents always have access to the latest technology. All materials and labor for new
work will be warrantied for one full year.
You will then receive an annual A/V Health check along with the same type of recommendations,
allowing you to stay on top of the amenities offered to your residents.
72 Hour Response Time
One of our trained technicians will be on site to diagnose the problem within 72 hours (3 business days) from the time you let us know there is an issue. If it can be fixed on the spot, we will fix it. The first half hour of labor is included in your service plan. If parts need to be ordered, we will communicate clearly when you can expect a resolution.Flexible payments
We offer monthly and yearly payment structures. By choosing our yearly service plan, you will receive a discounted pre-payment rate. Our monthly payment plan has same great benefits of our yearly plan but with the flexibility of monthly payments.No Contract Service
If you do not have a contract with us yet, we can help get you back up and running. Labor minimums apply, as well as a more flexible schedule.
